This has been the intro for WheezyWaiter videos since near the end of 2008.
The intro features a beard flying in from the left of frame and the text "WHEEZY WAITER" flying in front the right. The beard then gets bigger. There is a white background and blue beard and text.
The graphic for this intro was introduced in Freezy Waiter (December 21, 2008). It replaced the chips and salsa intro.
When first introduced, the intro was accompanied by the "It's time for a Wheezy Waiter clip" song (which had been introduced in Neti Pots). It continued with that song until Breakfast 5: Flock of Bagels (January 9, 2009). The song changed in that video to Kyle and Kristen's 'Wheezy Waiter' theme, which was a part of their intro song from the video Ba(n)d Practice.
The version of the Wheezy beard intro with Kyle and Kristen's song has remained the WheezyWaiter intro since January 9, 2008 all the way into 2011.
